TORONTO (CP) - Gabriel Resources Ltd. (TSX:GBU) said Tuesday, after posting higher losses in the fourth quarter, that it plans to sell $100 million of its common shares through underwriters to fund development of the Rosia Montana gold deposit in Romania.
