American Express Publishing Layoff Count - Erases 33 People

I'm a little confused. They cut Sydney jobs and are moving those 'overseas' but didn't clarify in a recent seed as to where. Now announced are additional cuts to the more than 6,000 American Express India operations. But then again, I'm not surprised.
