TORONTO - The Canadian dollar was little changed Tuesday after the Bank of Canada opted to leave its key interest rate at 4.5 per cent, while oil prices at an all-time high and a third-quarter profit warning from Stockholm-based telecom giant Ericsson sent stock markets lower.
