CALGARY - Inter Pipeline Fund (TSX:IPL.UN), a petroleum pipeline and oil and liquids storage firm, said Thursday it plans to invest about $964 million in growth projects and $13 million in sustaining projects in 2008, the largest capital budget in its 10-year history.
