Citigroup Inc.'s Citibank division won federal approval to open two bank branches, a government agency said Wednesday. The U.S. Treasury Department's Office of the Comptroller of the Currency said in a weekly bulletin of regulatory activity that Citibank's requests were approved Oct. 15.
